The Leadership From Within Curriculum is a proprietary program developed using modern business principles on leadership, combined with time-tested learning’s from ancient wisdoms related to psychology and self management. The program is comprised of 5 learning courses, which are spread across the year to ensure concepts are applied and reflected upon.
Using a 360° Emotional Social Competency Inventory prior to attending the training, employees learn about their personal strengths and weaknesses related to emotional and social intelligence. During the training, employees will learn about emotional and social intelligence, gaining tips for enhancing self-awareness and self-management. After the training, participants will receive a one-on-one session with a coach who is accredited by the Daniel Goleman Emotional Competency Instrument (ECI).
We support leadership development by providing them with 360° feedback on key leadership competencies. The survey is administered and reports are generated using our proprietary technology, sightex. Bespoke surveys and reports are available based on Inspiratus leadership competency model. Alternatively, customized surveys can be designed based on your company leadership competency profile.
